Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to develop innovative design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, models, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project compliance with design specifications and local regulations.
• Assist in selecting materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with the project vision and budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in architecture or interior design, preferably in a firm setting.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
