Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a variety of architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with the client's vision and objectives.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the quality assurance process ensuring that all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and other team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the architecture or construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
