About Your New Role

We are seeking a Sales Support Manager to play a pivotal role in our Customer Success team. This position will serve as a dedicated partner to our Customer Success Managers (CSMs), concentrating on complex and high-value renewals and expansions. The ideal candidate will excel in detail-oriented tasks and enjoy managing the operational and analytical aspects of the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to support customer renewals and expansions.
  • Analyze customer data and provide insights to enhance customer relationships and maximize growth opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and streamline processes and workflows related to customer support and sales operations.
  • Act as a bridge between the sales and customer success teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in customer success strategies and operational processes.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our SaaS platform and services to effectively assist CSMs and clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales support, customer success, or related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a proactive approach.
