Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using our SaaS offerings.
- Deliver training and support to customers, enabling them to fully utilize our platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product features and improve customer satisfaction.
- Track and analyze customer metrics to gauge success and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and support for complex customer inquiries.
- Assist in developing customer success strategies that align with business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of networking, voice services, and IT security solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse customer base.
- Experience with customer success methodologies and tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages being advantageous.
