Responsibilities

  • Provide training and guidance to recruiting staff to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
  • Monitor industry trends and adapt recruiting strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities and technical schools to promote recruitment opportunities.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems and ensure compliance with hiring policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the aerospace sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of aerospace engineering roles and the skills required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in using recruiting software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and improve recruiting processes.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
