Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and providers via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle a high volume of customer interactions while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Assist members in navigating their health insurance plans, answering queries, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Conduct back-office tasks related to policy administration and member support.
- Collaborate with team members and report directly to the Concierge Operations Manager.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as necessary to enhance service delivery.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold Oscar's core values in all interactions.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the health insurance industry, is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to empathize and build rapport with customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with health insurance terminology and processes is advantageous.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while also being a team player.
- Must reside in Texas and have a suitable home office setup for remote work.
