Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support for Linux Desktop and Devices, ensuring customer satisfaction and success.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Linux Engineer or Administrator with a strong focus on end-user support.
• In-depth knowledge of Ubuntu and other Linux distributions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and team members.

• Experience with remote troubleshooting tools and techniques is a plus.
