Job Overview

The Rwanda DPI Center is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our operations in Kigali. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective operations in alignment with our organizational goals. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with budget management and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
