Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that enhances the effectiveness of our global sales team.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify key areas for improvement in sales processes and tools.
- Create and deliver engaging training programs that equip sales representatives with the knowledge and skills needed to articulate the value of Ubuntu, OpenStack, and AI infrastructure.
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for development, and adjust enablement strategies accordingly.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales organization.
- Act as a trusted advisor to sales teams, providing guidance on best practices and resources that drive sales success.
- Coordinate with marketing to ensure alignment between sales and marketing initiatives, enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving sales tools and workflows, driving efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or related roles, preferably in a technology environment.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software, open source technologies, and the competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to drive decision-making.
- Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies is a plus.
