Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for development, and adjust enablement strategies accordingly.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales organization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales teams, providing guidance on best practices and resources that drive sales success.
  • Coordinate with marketing to ensure alignment between sales and marketing initiatives, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving sales tools and workflows, driving efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or related roles, preferably in a technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software, open source technologies, and the competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to drive decision-making.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies is a plus.
