About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Engineer to enhance and support our strategic enterprise customers. Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on our platform, capable of diagnosing issues, providing best practice advice, and enhancing customer experience.
  • Assist customers in architecting workflows, debugging integration issues, and improving overall system performance.
  • Develop strong partnerships with customers, acting as their trusted advisor and technical backbone.
  • Monitor customer usage and provide ongoing support, ensuring they maximize the value of our platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a technical customer success, technical support, or engineering role.
  • Strong understanding of system integration, cloud technologies, and APIs.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with workflow automation and performance optimization.
