Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees across the APAC region.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Develop and maintain onboarding materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective.
• Implement best practices for onboarding and continuously seek ways to enhance the process.
• Provide support to new hires, addressing their questions and concerns during the onboarding journey.
• Analyze onboarding metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Foster a welcoming environment that promotes company culture and values.
• Contribute to special projects aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in onboarding, human resources, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, particularly in a remote work setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse individuals.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms relevant to onboarding and HR management.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
