Responsibilities
- Define and own the Shopping Experiences roadmap for new growth channels, establishing clear hypotheses, success metrics, and project sequencing.
- Launch and scale checkout flows and offers in both app and web platforms, optimizing consumer shopping preferences in collaboration with Engineering and Design teams for seamless, high-conversion onboarding experiences.
- Design and execute innovative acquisition programs, including referrals and exploratory partner pilots, ensuring measurable customer acquisition cost to lifetime value (CAC→LTV) impact.
- Monitor and own funnel performance from end to end, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimize user engagement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that enhance customer experience and boost conversion rates.
- Conduct rapid experimentation to validate growth opportunities, leveraging insights to inform product development and strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the e-commerce or fintech sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully launching consumer-facing products and driving growth initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across teams and departments.
- Experience with user experience design principles and methodologies.
