Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 6 experienced Account Executives to drive key account sales across the Travel and New Markets sectors in the US and Canada.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire, retain, and expand relationships with key merchants, including airlines, online travel agencies (OTAs), hotels, car rentals, cruises, and healthcare.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective onboarding, performance optimization, and relationship management of partners.
  • Identify new market opportunities and leverage existing partnerships to deliver value-added solutions that drive adoption and business growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and maximize revenue potential.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and present findings to senior leadership.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture focused on results and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management, particularly in key accounts or enterprise sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in the travel industry or working with merchants in sectors such as airlines, hospitality, or healthcare is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
