Responsibilities
- Proactively drive new business within the hotel segment by sourcing, engaging, and converting prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle for hotel clients, from initial contact to successful onboarding and long-term relationship management.
- Lead sales conversations with hotel groups and operators, providing valuable insights into how our solutions can enhance their operations.
- Assist clients in implementing our product effectively to ensure they achieve their business goals.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, ensuring their long-term success and satisfaction with our services.
- Collaborate closely with the global Solutions Consulting team to align strategies and share best practices.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and keep our offerings competitive.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and the challenges faced by hotel businesses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
- Must reside in Europe, with a preference for candidates from France, Spain, or Portugal, and possess a valid work permit.
