Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for new small to mid-sized property managers during their onboarding process.
• Drive conversions of new prospects by conducting engaging and detailed virtual product demonstrations.
• Assist new clients in setting up their PriceLabs accounts and optimize their usage according to their specific revenue management strategies and preferences.
• Effectively communicate PriceLabs’ value proposition to potential clients, demonstrating how it can enhance their business operations.
• Consistently meet and exceed performance expectations and targets.
• Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to update and maintain key information and history related to onboarded mid-size accounts within the CRM system.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and provide ongoing support to clients to ensure a smooth transition and effective use of our products.

Requirements

• Must reside in the Philippines and possess a valid work permit.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a solutions consulting or sales capacity.
• Strong understanding of property management systems and revenue management strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and trust with clients.
• Proficient in using CRM software and virtual communication tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, specifically during APAC hours (4:30 AM to 1:00 PM Philippines Time).
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for helping clients succeed.
