Responsibilities

• Analyze customer heating applications to identify and design innovative, tailored solutions.
• Prepare and provide detailed customer quotes based on specific application requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and product development to ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Participate in the testing and validation of thermal products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Support the Application Engineering team in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to thermal solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of projects and customer interactions in alignment with company protocols.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in thermal technology to enhance solution offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex engineering problems.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers and team members.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools relevant to thermal applications.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Prior experience in application engineering or a related field is a plus.
