About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Engineering Project and Quality Assurance Manager to join our innovative team. This is a remote position available for candidates located in the United States, Europe, Canada, or LATAM. In this role, you will report directly to the VP of Engineering and play a crucial role in overseeing the development and maintenance of our educational programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that all products meet established standards and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, addressing any issues that arise.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively to optimize performance and minimize costs.
• Facilitate communication between engineering teams and other departments to ensure alignment and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management and quality assurance within a technical environment.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with project management tools and quality assurance frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
