Responsibilities

• Administer AWS network configurations, ensuring security and compliance across multiple Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs).
• Manage Security Groups, Load Balancers, and Web Application Firewalls, optimizing cloud-based network architecture.
• Implement network configuration changes utilizing the Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) model.
• Develop network designs that align with cloud security best practices, ensuring robust protection against vulnerabilities.
• Maintain and oversee the stability of internal and external connections, including Direct Connect, to support mission-critical applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect, secure, and operate enterprise AWS environments that meet federal cybersecurity mandates.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder capable of obtaining and maintaining HHS Public Trust clearance.
• Minimum of three consecutive years of residency in the United States.
• Extensive experience with AWS and cloud networking.
• Strong understanding of federal cybersecurity regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with zero-trust architecture principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to network security management.
