Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage all main meals according to specified requirements.
- Ensure all meals are prepared and served on time, meeting the highest standards of quality.
- Work closely with the Chef to provide relief duties as needed.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations in the kitchen.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Assist in menu planning and preparation of food presentation.
- Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies as necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a similar environment.
- Strong culinary skills with the ability to prepare a variety of dishes.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for food quality.
- Must be able to pass a drug test as this is a safety-sensitive position.
- Availability to work a regular shift of 14 days on and 7 days off, with 12-hour workdays.
