As a Staff Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience on our innovative multiplayer platform. You will focus on enhancing the canvas feel, multiplayer interaction, and AI experiences, ensuring that Miro feels more like a collaborative space than a traditional page. This role emphasizes a build-first approach, where you will prototype in code, allowing for a genuine expression of your ideas and concepts.

• Design and implement core interaction features that enhance the user experience on the canvas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on user interface design and interaction.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar.
• Experience with real-time collaboration tools and AI integration is highly desirable.
