Responsibilities

• Product Vision & Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate future vision and requirements into clearly defined epics and user stories. Ensure all team members are aligned with product goals, incorporating emerging technologies where beneficial.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders; provide regular updates on progress, changes, and any pertinent information.
• Team Enabler: Collaborate with one or more Agile Development Teams, acting as a central point of reference and guidance for system and product functionality decisions.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Exhibit a track record of delivering results in a dynamic environment, identifying opportunities to enhance user experience, improve workflow efficiency, and drive favorable business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles, with a strong background in Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with emerging technologies, particularly AI-enabled solutions, is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering customer value.
