Responsibilities

• Lead and manage major factory construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any issues that arise during construction.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in large-scale factory settings.
