Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable systems to ensure high availability and performance of our applications.
• Monitor system health and performance, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our observability infrastructure and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain automation tools to streamline deployment processes and improve system reliability.
• Engage in capacity planning and demand forecasting to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Participate in on-call rotations, providing support and resolving incidents as needed.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices related to site reliability engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or a related area.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Bash).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
