Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their business challenges, assisting in building, maintaining, and evolving comprehensive product roadmaps to provide impactful solutions.
• Facilitate effective collaboration between internal teams and client stakeholders, encouraging open communication and advocating for shared business outcomes.
• Conduct in-depth assessments of the current state ('as-is') and work closely with clients to create valuable artifacts such as personas, epics, and user stories.
• Lead analysis workshops utilizing agile methodologies with senior client stakeholders to define business vision, objectives, product roadmap, and priorities.
• Generate innovative ideas in collaboration with developers to create tailored applications that address client needs and enhance business performance.
• Ensure the delivery of business-critical software solutions that provide measurable business value and meet client expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Business Analyst role, particularly in enterprise modernization and cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and their application in project management.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
