About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Specialist to support an AI data annotation project. In this remote-friendly position, you will review submissions made by Trainers, which include pre-seeded questions, images, and corresponding 'golden' answers. Your primary focus will be on confirming the accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review completed tasks submitted by Trainers, including the original question, the image, and the golden answer provided.
• Independently verify the correctness of the golden answer based on the accompanying image.
• Identify and flag any incorrect, incomplete, ambiguous, or inconsistent answers.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback or corrections to maintain overall data quality.
• Track recurring error patterns and report them to the project team.
• Ensure Trainer output meets the project's quality standards prior to final sign-off.
• Escalate unclear cases, such as illegible submissions, to appropriate team members.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish, with excellent written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen observational ability.
• Prior experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and applications related to data review.
• Familiarity with AI data annotation processes is a plus.
