About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Specialist to support our AI data annotation project. This remote-friendly position is perfect for individuals who possess a keen eye for detail and are adept at identifying errors or inconsistencies in data submissions.

Responsibilities

• Review completed tasks submitted by Trainers, which include the original questions, accompanying images, and the provided golden answers.
• Independently verify the correctness of the golden answers based on the related images.
• Identify and flag any incorrect, incomplete, ambiguous, or inconsistent answers.
• Provide clear and constructive feedback or corrections to ensure the maintenance of overall data quality.
• Track recurring error patterns and report them to the project team for continuous improvement.
• Ensure that the output from Trainers meets the project's quality standards before final sign-off.
• Escalate unclear cases, such as illegible images or ambiguous questions, to the project team for further review.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in quality control or data annotation is preferred.
• Fluency in French (Canada) and strong command of English.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with AI data annotation projects is a plus.
