Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the construction or engineering sectors.
• Strong understanding of the Qatar job market and employment regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
