Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end schedule coordination and updates for a portfolio of Data Center projects.
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert in schedule management, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Collaborate closely with the Delivery Team and Project Controls Lead to forecast and address schedule-related risks and issues.
• Enhance commercial accountability through effective schedule management and reporting.
• Manage schedule health reporting and escalation processes, ensuring effective communication across teams.
• Implement and maintain efficient schedule change management practices to support project objectives.
• Engage proactively with internal departments including Site Project Management, Pre-Construction, Contracts, Finance, Accounting, Sourcing, and Operations Engineering.
• Facilitate risk management efforts by communicating potential schedule impacts and adjustments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling or management within the construction or engineering sectors.
• Proven ability to lead complex scheduling initiatives and enhance project delivery processes.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on strategic planning and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and tools, with a strong understanding of schedule risk management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
