Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning systems for our Ads ML Experience Platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the machine learning lifecycle, focusing on experimentation, training, deployment, and evaluation.
• Create intelligent automation solutions to streamline processes within the Ads ML ecosystem.
• Build developer-centric tools that empower engineers to effectively utilize our machine learning capabilities.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of ML models in production, iterating on improvements as necessary.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in machine learning and AI technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on machine learning systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and software development practices.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for working collaboratively in a team environment.
