Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain analytical tools and data infrastructure for the Large Customer Sales (LCS) business channel.
• Utilize BigQuery and SQL to manage ETL workflows and data pipelines effectively.
• Create, build, and scale dashboards that provide actionable insights for sales optimization.
• Drive sales rigor by analyzing data trends and applying insights to improve performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics with overall revenue strategies.
• Support the development of agentic analytics tooling to facilitate rapid response to market questions.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to identify growth opportunities and recommend data-driven strategies.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on revenue analytics or related fields.
• Strong expertise in SQL and BigQuery for data management and analysis.
• Experience in developing and scaling dashboards using data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline management.
• Degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
