Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine learning models to identify and mitigate security threats in GenAI workflows.
• Develop and maintain high-quality algorithms that detect prompt injections, jailbreak attempts, and other security vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions within existing security frameworks.
• Work on creating zero-trust and defense-in-depth systems that validate identity, permissions, and data access.
• Conduct research on emerging threats and innovate ML approaches to preemptively address potential vulnerabilities.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of machine learning models and adjust strategies as needed to enhance efficacy.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
• Proven experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence, particularly in security applications.
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with ML libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data processing frameworks.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and devise effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
