Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Agile framework within the Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant (HSCT) team to ensure efficient project execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative strategies that align with the new go-to-market approach.
• Facilitate continuous improvement processes and ensure the team is responsive to the changing needs of customers.
• Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide guidance on Agile practices and methodologies.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership on performance metrics and outcomes.
• Empower team members and foster a culture of high performance and accountability.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with project deliverables to ensure timely and successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in an Agile leadership role, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, with a track record of successful project management.
