Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the Voice AI sector.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
• Build positive relationships with candidates to enhance their experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
• Promote Deepgram's employer brand and company culture to attract suitable candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the technology sector.
• Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions, especially in AI or related fields.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and engineering roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with various applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
