Responsibilities

• Refine and enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clarity and engagement.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven improvements.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to position the company as a leader in the software security domain.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the software or technology sectors.
