Responsibilities

• Facilitate online learning experiences for students in wildlife, marine biology, and conservation.
• Quality assure learner portfolios in compliance with qualification specifications and awarding body standards.
• Collaborate with subject leads and Internal Quality Assurers (IQAs) to meet academic and operational targets.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to enhance student understanding and engagement.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, implementing strategies to support their success.
• Contribute to the development of course materials and resources that enrich the learning experience.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current in the field.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Zoology, Ecology, Marine Biology, or a related field.
• Experience in online teaching or tutoring, with a strong understanding of digital learning platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive learning environments.
• Ability to assess and evaluate student performance effectively.
