Responsibilities

• Support the strategic development of PSI's core gastroenterology indications.
• Serve as a scientific and strategic subject matter expert in Inflammatory Bowel Disease, specifically Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn's Disease.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Proposal Development, Clinical Operations, and Study Teams to enhance growth initiatives and client engagement.
• Drive the operational excellence and therapeutic strategy within the GI therapeutic area.
• Shape and influence PSI's long-term gastroenterology strategy.
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, providing insights and guidance.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to communicate strategic goals and updates effectively.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and key opinion leaders in the gastroenterology field.
• Monitor industry trends and provide recommendations on best practices to enhance PSI’s offerings.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline (MD, PhD, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry, specifically in gastroenterology.
• Demonstrated expertise in Inflammatory Bowel Disease, with a strong understanding of Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn's Disease.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support strategic decision-making.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams is a plus.
