Job Description

As a Lead Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of projects within our organization. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, ideally within a research or clinical setting.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects successfully.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
