Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee medium to large-scale projects that span multiple countries. This role involves managing project deliverables to ensure they meet predefined quality standards, are completed on time, and remain within budget. You will lead project teams and maintain adherence to our principles of quality service while engaging with clients effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate project activities across 5-15 countries for medium-sized projects or more than 15 countries for large-scale projects.
• Ensure all project deliverables are produced in compliance with established quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Lead and mentor project teams, facilitating collaboration and supporting team members in achieving project goals.
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management, to keep them informed of project status and developments.
• Implement project management best practices and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and delivery.
• Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity.
• Mitigate project risks through proactive identification and management strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a global context, with a minimum of 5 years in project management roles.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and principles.
• Excellent leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding diverse teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in managing budgets and resource allocation efficiently.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• A degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
