Responsibilities

• Engage in mitigation techniques to prevent vector attacks and enhance web security.

• Manage and document technical issues, responses, and resolutions to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
• Respond in real-time to platform and carrier issues, maintaining the stability of a world-class DDoS attack mitigation platform.
• Provide analysis and network troubleshooting support for high-traffic customers, including some of the world’s leading brands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices in web security.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in cybersecurity to continuously improve our services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in security architecture or a related role within the cybersecurity domain.
• Strong understanding of web security protocols and DDoS mitigation strategies.
• Experience with network troubleshooting and security monitoring tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or relevant security qualifications are a plus.
