Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports tailored for the commercial pharmaceutical sector, including sales, field force, and headquarters reporting.
• Translate complex business requirements into effective data models, data flows, and scalable Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.
• Lead and assist in Power BI migration initiatives, ensuring a seamless transition to updated reporting systems.
• Utilize tools such as Alteryx for automated reporting and enhance data reporting efficiency.
• Ensure data quality, validation, and governance across all reporting layers to maintain the integrity of insights provided.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and deliver impactful analytics solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in BI and the pharmaceutical industry to ensure innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence consulting, specifically within the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical sectors.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI development and migrations.
• Experience with data visualization best practices and BI tools such as Alteryx.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
