Responsibilities

• Lead the design and strategy of the enterprise BI platform utilizing Microsoft Power BI and the Azure ecosystem.
• Assess infrastructure requirements to support scalable, high-performing BI solutions.
• Define best practices for Power BI usage and establish governance frameworks, including security, data access, and workspace strategy.
• Guide BI Engineers in implementing solutions that align with business needs and ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct capability assessments to ensure Power BI adoption meets enterprise goals.
• Provide effort estimates and resource planning for BI projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in BI technologies and analytics.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Power BI Architect or similar role in BI development.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Power BI, Azure services, and data visualization best practices.
• Experience in designing scalable BI solutions with a focus on infrastructure and capacity planning.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present findings.
• Experience with data governance and security frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
