About the Role:

As a Senior Product Designer at Vercel, you will play a pivotal role in defining Growth Design and enhancing the complete self-serve journey for our users. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire user experience from signup, onboarding, and initial project deployment, through to adoption, conversion, expansion, and retention. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure seamless integration across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

• Define and design user-centric growth strategies that enhance the overall user journey.
• Collaborate with Product Design, Growth Product, Engineering, and Data teams to develop innovative solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Analyze user feedback and data to iteratively improve product design and user engagement.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design and apply them to your work.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to enhance team capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
