Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, preferably in a healthcare or benefits servicing environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions, with a focus on digital products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
