Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one telehealth and/or onsite coaching, counselling, or therapy-style consultations.
- Offer general advice to clients, ensuring a supportive and understanding environment.
- Participate in the Critical Incident Stress Programme (CISP) when required.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
- Collaborate with other health professionals and engage in regular supervision sessions.
- Attend webinars and in-person seminars to enhance professional development and clinical leadership capabilities.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in psychology, counselling, or a related field.
- Professional registration with the appropriate Australian regulatory body.
- Experience in providing counselling or therapeutic services is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with diverse clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Flexibility to accommodate various employment models, including freelance, contracted, part-time, or full-time.
