Site Reliability Engineer for Network Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and own reliability goals for network services.
• Develop and maintain tooling and automation to monitor, measure, and enhance network reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of network services.
• Identify areas of improvement within the network infrastructure and implement necessary changes.
• Establish incident management processes and lead post-mortems to minimize future outages.
• Continuously evaluate and improve network security protocols as we scale.
• Provide support for network-related incidents and ensure quick resolution.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or related role in network infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure management tools.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Understanding of monitoring and alerting tools to maintain service reliability.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
