Responsibilities

• Design and implement software solutions that enhance network operations across multiple data centers.
• Develop and maintain tooling and services that integrate network core components, such as switches, ports, VLANs, and traffic processors.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network services with cloud platforms.
• Utilize open-source technologies where applicable while innovating and constructing solutions for gaps in existing tools.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure operational efficiency and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring that best practices in software development are adhered to.
• Contribute to the documentation of network architectures, protocols, and software solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development, particularly in systems programming or network engineering.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or similar.
• Experience with network protocols and architecture, including TCP/IP, VLANs, and routing.
