Responsibilities

• Lead the management and optimization of Finance systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation of new Finance technologies and tools.

• Analyze and enhance existing Finance workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Finance systems and processes.
• Provide training and support to Finance staff on new systems and technologies.
• Monitor trends and advancements in financial technology to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance systems management and transformation roles.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and compliance regulations.
• Proven experience with finance software implementation and management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with data analytics tools and cloud-based financial systems is a plus.
