Responsibilities
- Design and implement externship programs aimed at attracting top talent in the finance sector.
- Collaborate with academic institutions and industry partners to create opportunities for students and recent graduates.
- Manage the recruitment process for externship candidates, including application review, interviews, and onboarding.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of externship programs, making recommendations for improvement.
- Organize training sessions and workshops for externs to enhance their skills and knowledge in finance.
- Maintain relationships with externs, providing mentorship and support throughout their experience.
- Prepare reports on program outcomes and present findings to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or program coordination.
- Strong understanding of the finance industry and current trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
