Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in capture management or business development, preferably within the consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Solutions and related technologies.
• Proven track record of successfully capturing new business and managing large proposals.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
