Responsibilities

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or related fields. A master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or program management roles.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, human resources best practices, and program evaluation techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage a diverse audience.
• Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis software.
